Boardwalk Footings

Exceeded my expectations! I had a bit of a tricky situation for a project. Rick was upfront about the challenges and explained the likely scenarios. No nonsense and sets proper expectations. This is exactly what you want from a professional. I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience working with Elite Piers LLC! Rick came to my house on a Monday and I had a quote and pre-installation report for city approval later that evening. I got city approval the next day and helical piers were installed that Thursday. Very quick turnaround and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I hired Elite Piers LLC to install helical pier footings for my deck in Blaine, Minnesota, and had a great experience. Rick Olson, the owner, handled the installation himself. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. I appreciated working directly with the person responsible for the installation. I’m very happy with the finished deck foundation and would definitely recommend Rick and Elite Piers to anyone needing helical piers or deck footings.

Man, I’m glad I connected with Rick and Elite Piers. His attention to detail to get the helical piles set for my recent deck was on point. I also really appreciated the level of care for the customers property as his machinery didn’t leave a trace in the newly installed sod. I will definitely be using Elite Piers for all my footings moving forward with my deck installs!

I had a great experience with Elite Piers for my deck foundation. Rick was super easy to work with and went above and beyond. There was an issue with the construction crew during framing and it required Rick to come back and make a couple of adjustments to one of the piers. He handled it like a pro and took a Saturday to come back and help out. In this business how you communicate with the customer is everything. If you’re looking for reliable pier installation, quality and someone you can trust, I’d definitely recommend Elite Piers! Thanks again, Rick!

I highly recomed Elite Piers! Rick was great to work with, knows his stuff and does what he says he is going to do.

I reached out to Rick from Elite Piers, and he went out of his way to help with our project. He did an outstanding job from start to finish. As someone who has owned a company for 25 years, I can confidently say I highly recommend Elite Piers. Rick is not only professional and knowledgeable—he’s also just a genuinely good guy!

I can honestly say, Rick's meticulous attention to detail and expertise made me 100% confident in these footings! During the installation process, I heard him mention to one one of his team, "quarter of an inch." That's the detail! I also witnessed some difficulty with the second to the last footing due to rocks below grade. I was amazed the way he was able to continue by shifting the angle of the footing while installing. That's the expertise! I highly recommend Rick to anyone needing footings!

Rick is knowledgeable and thorough. Gets the job done and thinks of the customer first so makes sure I'm happy with the final product he provides!

Elite Piers LLC is the way to go. Professional and exceptional work. I have worked with the business owner Rick directly on site and went through the process of setting Piers in the ground. Rick gets the job done right. I would highly recommend Elite Piers to any Person/Job whether Private Contractor, Commercial, Industrial or Residential.

Awesome company! Great service, great communication, and dead accurate! Highly recommend!

Amazing company to work with. The owner is so nice and super knowledgeable. Very affordable and worth it! I would highly recommend.

Thanks Elite Piers and Rick Olson for solving our problem of a heaving deck originally built with concrete piers in MN clay—out with the concrete and in with the Elite Helicals—-winter one down with ZERO shift—as expected! Rick has been in construction for 30 years and his expertise is clearly evident when you speak to him. Awesome job on the piers and carpentry! Highly recommend Rick and Elite Piers.

Rick was great to work with. He was very courteous and explained everything very well. I will be working with him again in the future on other projects. Thank you again Rick

I couldn't be happier. Elite Piers came out to provide a quote the day after I called them (I called in the evening). They explained everything very well, from the materials used to the process of sinking the piers, and answered my many questions. These piers are very interesting! The quote came in the next day after our first meeting and they got me on their schedule right away. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule. The project went flawlessly, care was taken about wear on my yard, and now I never have to worry about these footings again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Rick puts in serious work and was a joy to deal with. Communication was clear, prompt, and thorough. I'll definitely be working with Elite Piers again.

Rick came to our house for our deck and he was so professional that we were very impressed. It was so quick no mess just done right. Thanks Rick. Connie and Jeff Sutton

What an awesome alternative to footings. Rick was super helpful and walked us through the entire process. He made the whole thing painless! Super nice guy. This type of footing is way more stable and takes less time to install than traditional concrete footings. I am extremely happy with the results!
