Man, I’m glad I connected with Rick and Elite Piers. His attention to detail to get the helical piles set for my recent deck was on point. I also really appreciated the level of care for the customers property as his machinery didn’t leave a trace in the newly installed sod. I will definitely be using Elite Piers for all my footings moving forward with my deck installs!

There was an issue with the construction crew during framing and it required Rick to come back and make a couple of adjustments to one of the piers. I can honestly say, Rick's meticulous attention to detail and expertise made me 100% confident in these footings! During the installation process, I heard him mention to one one of his team, "quarter of an inch." That's the detail! I also witnessed some difficulty with the second to the last footing due to rocks below grade. I was amazed the way he was able to continue by shifting the angle of the footing while installing. I couldn't be happier. Elite Piers came out to provide a quote the day after I called them (I called in the evening). They explained everything very well, from the materials used to the process of sinking the piers, and answered my many questions. These piers are very interesting! The quote came in the next day after our first meeting and they got me on their schedule right away. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule. The project went flawlessly, care was taken about wear on my yard, and now I never have to worry about these footings again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

What an awesome alternative to footings. Rick was super helpful and walked us through the entire process. He made the whole thing painless! Super nice guy. This type of footing is way more stable and takes less time to install than traditional concrete footings. I am extremely happy with the results!
